Are you a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving brand success? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our clients' digital presence through effective performance marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Interface with B2B/B2C clients to understand their branding needs, digital planning, and performance objectives.
  • Propose tailored solutions to enhance brand visibility and drive digital performance.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Display, Google SEM, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and leading E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
  • Implement effective Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) strategies to optimize advertising expenses.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Maintain and fine-tune advertising campaigns to improve key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Purchase (CPP), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Analytical Insight:
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager to analyze campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of previous campaigns and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Dashboard Establishment:
  • Set up and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of all campaigns.
  • Provide clients with real-time insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and E-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
